connect your WhatsApp Business Account to KovanCX:

  • We access your WABA and phone number assets solely to provide the
    Service
  • We do not sell or share your Meta platform data with third parties
  • Message data is processed in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms
    and WhatsApp Business Platform policies
  • You retain ownership of your WhatsApp Business Account and assets
    at all times

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to
protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration,
disclosure, or destruction. Access tokens and credentials are stored
in encrypted form.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or
as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your
data by contacting us.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by
contacting us at the email address below. We will process your
request within 30 days.

  1. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram,
Messenger). Your use of these integrations is also subject to Meta’s
own terms and privacy policies.
